I know every business owner wants to have many clients as he can, but the question is how he can do that? That can be done using Email Marketing Campaign. To implement this strategy you will need to cross a bridge to reach your destination. What I mean is you need to avoid problems like being caught in an email blacklist, spam filters, should have high email delivery rates, etc. To get new clients with this tactic first thing you need to do is identify your target market. Then start searching on your local and find related websites that you think they are your potential customers. Always go to the company’s website. This way you can find out the name of the appropriate contact person, and you will have a background about the business they’re running on.

Don’t start your email like “To whom it may concern” rather use the contact person’s name and be sure that your subject will pass email blacklist filters ensuring email delivery or else your efforts are useless. Then in your message, tell them your honest intention and offer them what you can do to help them by giving your contact information and include a link from your portfolio. Also, try to give some insights or positive feedbacks to their site. Remember that you’re not sending a newsletter here; you’re looking for information so an opt-out message is really not required. You will see that some of the people you have contacted will send an email to you asking for your service or product and that is expected, Congratulations on your new client!

Many internet marketers feel that the way they do their email marketing campaign is right and they are really not aware that what they been doing for so long is just spam methods that will harm their business. On the other hand email users are very much familiar with spam emails that always keep their inbox full. But some people are ready for spam emails like this one, they used what we called spam blacklist filters to block this annoying emails. Also modernemail accounts can automatically filter out most of the spam that arrives inour email boxes, and messages that don't get filtered out are easy to mark and delete straightly to the inbox.

Buying an email list is one of the mistakes a marketer always do they think that the mailing list they’ve got will help their business grow, what they didn’t know that this only cost them problem because they can be reported as a spammer and will just decrease your email delivery rates. Second problem is that contacts you have before could not always remember you if you will not email them regularly. Third be sure that you have set the unsubscribe feature so that your clients have the option to stop the emails that you’re be sending. Last thing you can do is to always check your email addresses for duplicates and to check if they are still active to lower your bounce rate and at the same time to increase your email delivery rates.

After reading lots of newly created viruses and annoying spam emails I’ve just found this article in the net which is said to be a PDF file that will trigger once it was opened and find vulnerabilities in one of your application that is installed. It was always been told that do not open any attachments in an email especially if you don’t know where it comes from and you don’t have a trusted email blacklist that will protect you from future threats like this. The email that was spread in the internet comes like this:

“Heyman… Remember all those long distance phone calls we made. Well I got my telephone bill and WOW. Please help me and look at the bill see which calls where yours ok…”

After reading the email the bill that is mentioned was attached as “PhoneCalls.pdf”, and once the victim opened the file it will take advantage with adobe reader’s vulnerability, and will download the Sality Virus which was developed in 2003. Once the virus was triggered it will access the autorun feature in windows, installs a peer to peer connection to a botnet, downloads additional malware, looks for and disables any anti-virus software it finds, looks for and infects any local, remote, and removable drives, alters the Windows registry to infect any .exe file set to load on startup, and worst of all, damages every file it infects beyond repair. It is one of the nastiest viruses out there today. Its botnet contains over 100,000 computers. That is the reason why companies and businesses need to install a reliable antivirus program and spam blacklist filters to monitor the incoming emails on their network.
